Dump & Bake Ravioli, Spinach & Boursin Beef Bake

If you’re anything like me, weeknight dinners need to be quick, comforting, and made with simple ingredients. That’s exactly why I love this Dump & Bake Ravioli, Spinach & Boursin Beef Bake.

The best part? It takes only about 10 minutes to assemble. There’s no boiling the ravioli, no complicated steps, and barely any prep. Simply layer everything into one baking dish, pop it in the oven, and let it do the work while you spend time with your family or catch up on everything else life throws your way.

This recipe is rich, creamy, and packed with flavour thanks to the combination of Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, tender ravioli, seasoned ground beef, and fresh spinach. As the Boursin melts, it creates an incredibly creamy sauce that coats every bite.

I also love that it’s a complete meal in one dish. Pair it with a simple green salad or a slice of garlic bread, and dinner is done.

Whether you’re feeding a hungry family, looking for a comforting meal after a busy day, or simply need another easy dinner idea to add to your rotation, this recipe is sure to become a favourite.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp tomato pasta sauce, divided
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 (500 g) package fresh cheese ravioli
  • 1–1½ cups cooked lean ground beef
  • 1 (150 g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2–3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle the olive oil into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of the tomato sauce, the chicken broth, and the heavy cream. Stir until combined.
  4. Add the fresh ravioli and the cooked ground beef, gently mixing everything together to coat in the sauce.
  5. Spoon the remaining 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce over the ravioli and gently stir again.
  6. Sprinkle with ½ cup Parmesan cheese, then place the Boursin cheese round in the center of the dish.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the ravioli is tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and stir everything together until the Boursin has melted into a creamy sauce.
  9. Fold in the fresh spinach until it begins to wilt.
  10. Sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup Parmesan cheese, then top with the shredded mozzarella.
  11. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  12. Let rest for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
