If your family is anything like mine, weeknights can get busy fast. Between work, activities, and everything else on the calendar, I love having a few comforting dinners I know everyone will enjoy. This Creamy Chicken & Ravioli Bake has quickly become one of those recipes.
It’s creamy, cheesy, comforting, and comes together in one baking dish with very little prep. I made mine with a homemade béchamel sauce because I love the rich flavour, but on those extra busy nights, a jar of Alfredo sauce works just as well. No judgment here—whatever gets dinner on the table!
The combination of tender cheese ravioli, juicy chicken, fresh spinach, and melted cheese creates the ultimate comfort food that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.
