The Easiest 3-Ingredient Almond Milk (Better Than Store-Bought)

This simple homemade almond milk recipe is clean, creamy, and incredibly easy to make with just a few ingredients. Once you try it, you may never go back.





Ingredients:



  • 1 cup blanched almonds
  • Water (about 4–5 cups total)
  • 2 dates
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Splash of vanilla extract






Instructions:




Step 1: Blend the base



Add 1 cup of blanched almonds to a blender.

Pour in enough water just to cover the almonds.


Blend on high until a thick, creamy paste forms.





Step 2: Add remaining ingredients



Add:


  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 dates
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A splash of vanilla extract



Blend again until smooth and fully combined.





Step 3: Store



Pour into a glass jar or bottle.


You can strain the milk if you prefer a smoother texture, but it’s optional.


Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
