Ingredients:
- 1 cup blanched almonds
- Water (about 4–5 cups total)
- 2 dates
- Pinch of sea salt
- Splash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Step 1: Blend the base
Add 1 cup of blanched almonds to a blender.
Pour in enough water just to cover the almonds.
Blend on high until a thick, creamy paste forms.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients
Add:
- 4 cups of water
- 2 dates
- A pinch of sea salt
- A splash of vanilla extract
Blend again until smooth and fully combined.
Step 3: Store
Pour into a glass jar or bottle.
You can strain the milk if you prefer a smoother texture, but it’s optional.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
